Privacy Policy
At Stralorex S.A.S. we handle your personal data with the care, responsibility and transparency required by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations. This document describes how we collect, use, store and share your information when you use stralorex.com.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Stralorex S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71856432-9, with offices at Av. Corrientes 1543, 8th Floor, Suite 802, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any privacy-related query you can write to privacidad@stralorex.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide through the contact form (name, email and message), as well as technical browsing data collected through cookies and similar technologies when you give your consent (pages visited, device, approximate IP address, connection time).
3. Purposes
We use your data to respond to your inquiries, send you information about real estate crowdlending projects that may interest you, improve the experience on the site, measure its performance and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent when submitting the form or accepting cookies; on the execution of a contractual or pre-contractual relationship; and, where applicable, on the fulfilment of legal obligations and Stralorex’s legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.
5. Retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes. Inquiries sent via the form are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless specific Argentine capital markets regulations require a longer period.
6. Sharing with third parties
We work with providers that help us operate the site: hosting, analytics and advertising (Google LLC under Consent Mode v2). These third parties access only the data strictly necessary and under confidentiality agreements. Where required by law, we may share information with Argentine regulatory authorities such as the AAIP or the CNV.
7. Your rights
You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection provided by Law No. 25,326. To do so, please write to privacidad@stralorex.com stating your request. You may also file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. However, no system on the internet is absolutely infallible, and we recommend that you take care of your credentials and devices.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect improvements, regulatory changes or new functionalities. When changes are relevant, we will let you know on the site. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this document.
